What materials do you use?

For advanced levels, we use a variation of Vietnamese learning books written by renowned professors from prestigious universities in Vietnam. However, we make a few changes to make the materials suit our students’ need whether it is formal for working purposes or casual for daily talk, we try our best to make the language natural-sounding and easy to pick up for students.

What if I need to postpone, cancel, or miss a lesson?

Lesson cancellation is possible on a mutual agreement. However, it can only be done a few times in a 10-session course.

In a group class setting, if you sometimes have to miss a class, you can discuss it with your teacher for catch-ups. You can read more about it in our Terms of Service

2. Class Formats & Scheduling FAQs

Do you offer both online and in-person classes?

Yes, we provide Online lessons for students from overseas via Zoom or Google Meet. For In-person classes, you meet your instructor at a cafe, your place or at our office – whatever feels easier for you.

What’s the difference between 1-on-1 and group classes?

1-on-1 classes give you full attention and total flexibility. Group classes are more social and budget-friendly, but follow a shared schedule.

Can I bring friends and study together?

Of course! If you want to study with friends, partner, or colleagues, we can create a group class for you.

How do you arrange classes?

For private classes, we prioritize assigning instructors who can accommodate your preferred schedule. Typically, 2-3 hours (lessons) per week works well for most people.

For group classes, we’ll need to know your availability to see if there’s an upcoming class that fits, or we can also look for other learners with similar class preferences.

3. Tuitions & Payments FAQs

How much do the classes cost?

It depends on the class type. For example, 1-on-1 is VND 6.200.000 (or USD 235) for 10 hours. Group prices vary – check out Pricing for full details.

How do I pay for the course?

You can transfer the tuition fees to our Vietnamese bank account (VND). If you need to do an international transfer, you can pay via Paypal or WiseTransfer. We’ll send you all the details once you confirm your class.

Do you offer a trial lesson?

Yes, we offer a trial lesson for you to check out our teaching style, ask questions, etc. & for the teacher to assess your level properly. If you decide to continue, the trial will count as your first paid lesson. If not, the trial is free of charge.

4. Instructors & Learning Experience FAQs

Are your instructors experienced in the field?

Yes, our instructors all have experience in teaching and we do monthly training with our Program Director to assure the quality. They are also patient, inspiring, and enthusiastic about teaching. You can have a trial lesson with us to self-evaluate.

Can I change the instructors later?

When we arrange your class, we carefully consider factors like your level, location (if in-person), availability, and even accent preferences to match you with the most suitable instructor.

We hope that the instructor in your trial session will also be the one guiding you throughout the courses.

However, if after the trial or at any point during your course you feel the need to switch instructors for any reason, just let us know. We’re more than happy to listen and help arrange a change if needed.
